A qualifying stay is defined as one or more consecutive nights at the same hotel, regardless of the frequency of check-in/out. Each guest that books the Stay to Fly Rate and stays at a participating hotel during the dates above will receive one Flight Voucher Award ("Award"). The Flight Voucher Award will be delivered to the email address or, if delivery via email is not permitted, to the guest's mailing address, provided in the hotel reservation within three weeks of the qualifying stay.

Terms For Travel Within The Continental USA

1. After receiving an Award notification, that will contain two unique identification numbers, the eligible Award recipient must register those numbers at http://www.hiairaward.com/ within 30 days of receipt of the Award notification.

2. The Award must be registered and redeemed by the person who originally received it. Awards are non-transferable except as set forth in paragraph 13. Recipient is entitled to use the Award to purchase one coach class adult round-trip airline ticket for travel between eligible cities at a fare of $99 USD each way based on a round trip purchase subject to applicable taxes and fees*. For a list of eligible cities, see Destinations.

3. Flights must be booked within 3 months of online registration and travel completed within 6 months of booking using a travel agency that will be specified.

4. The agency will select the carrier and routing.  While non-stop service may be available between the requested city of departure and arrival, there is no guarantee that nonstop service will be offered in conjunction with the Award.   Flights must be round-trip.

5. All flights require a Saturday night stay and must be booked at least 21 days in advance of the first travel date. The farther in advance you call to book your flight, the more likely it will be that we can accommodate your specific preferences for date and time of travel. Award travel may not be available on all flights or on all days and flights will be extremely difficult to obtain during major holiday and other peak travel periods. Round-trip travel must be completed within 30 days of initial departure.

6. The agency making your travel arrangements is open Monday through Friday 8:30 to 5:00 PM Pacific Time. This may require you to call more than the minimum of 21 days in advance to be sure you reach the agency within the time period required.

7. U.S. travel must be between eligible cities meaning cities at which there is a major airport (a major airport is one served by at least three Airline Reporting Corporation (ARC) member airlines). The qualifying airports are listed on this website on the Destinations page. Those obtaining an Award are solely responsible for the cost of transportation, lodging and other expenses relating to travel to or from any eligible city necessary to take an Award flight.

8. This promotion is designed to offer a minimum savings of $50 (USD), so if you wish to redeem your Award toward flight with a round trip fare of $248 (USD) or less (not including applicable taxes and fees*), you qualify to receive a $50 (USD) rebate. You will pay the normal cost of the ticket plus taxes and fees*, and you will receive a refund check for $50 (USD).

9. The Award travel round-trip airfare does not include certain applicable taxes and fees* for which the passenger is responsible. Passenger is also responsible for any fees for checked bags or other separate charges imposed by the airline for ancillary services.  Complete information regarding fares and applicable charges will be made available by the specified travel agency once you select your qualifying flight.  Full payment for Award travel is the passenger's responsibility and is due at the time of booking and must be paid using a major credit card.

10. Upon issuance of the airline ticket in exchange for the Award coupon, the passenger is subject to all rules and regulations of the issuing airline, including but not limited to restrictions and limitations or fees regarding refunds, exchanges, cancellations or changes of itinerary.  Once issued, tickets are not transferable.

11. This program cannot be combined with any other airline promotional program except frequent flier programs and only when permitted under individual airline policies.

12. Flight selection is based on the availability of excursion fares at the time of the booking.

13. If multiple Awards are earned by one recipient, the recipient can redeem up to four Awards for one trip provided all travelers are flying on the exact same itinerary and the trip is booked as a single transaction. Recipient must be one of the travelers.

14. Neither any company in the InterContinental Hotels Group nor the travel agency arranging for your transportation will have any control over airline schedule changes, cancelled or oversold flights. Remedies for these situations are at the discretion of the transporting carrier and subject to federal regulations.

15. The booking travel agency has final authority on all ticketing, pricing, and availability decisions consistent with these terms and conditions.

16.  The Award voucher, if unused, has no cash value and is redeemable only in compliance with these terms and conditions.
